By downloading, installing, or using ATHAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ATHAR is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and share digital business cards. The service includes both free and premium (Pro) features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your digital business card.
ATHAR Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase. Once purchased, you will have permanent access to all Pro features. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store where the purchase was made.
You agree not to use ATHAR for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to distribute spam or malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the service's operation.
The ATHAR app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (business cards, logos, etc.).
ATHAR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost business opportunities, or any other consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
